II. How to Process Your Order
1. Add to Cart: Select your favourite garments and add them to your cart.
2. Choose Payment Option: opt for either 50% advance or full payment.
3. Share Payment Proof (applicable to Advance Payment): WhatsApp a screenshot of your payment to +91 96866 38426.
Note: For full payments, orders are processed immediately, without requiring payment screenshots.
4. Payment Confirmation: Receive a confirmation email/message with order and payment details.
5. Order Confirmation: Upon full payment, your order is finalized and ready for dispatch.
6. Delivery: Receive your sustainable choice within 12-14 days.
III. Payment Policy
We offer two payment options for your convenience:
Option 1: 50% Advance
- Pay 50% of the order value at the time of placing the order.
- Balance payment (remaining 50%) due within 5 days of ordering.
- Share payment screenshots via WhatsApp to +91 96866 38426 for both payments.
- Delivery will follow upon receipt of full payment.
Option 2: Full Payment
- Pay the full order value at the time of placing the order.
- Order processing will begin immediately upon receipt of payment.
Note: - Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment.
- Please ensure timely payment to avoid delays in delivery.
IV. Payment method
Our website uses Razorpay, a secure payment gateway, to ensure that your transactions are safe and seamless.
We offer the following convenient payment options:
- UPI Digital Transfers: Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, BHIM
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more
- Net banking
V. Payment Confirmation
Upon receipt of full or half payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours, containing your order details, advance/full payment confirmation, balance to be paid and expected delivery timeline.
VI. Order Reservation & Confirmation
- Paying 50% reserves your order.
- The balance payment is due within 5 days.
- Order confirmation is only complete upon receipt of full payment.
- An incomplete payment (e.g., less than 50% or failure to pay the balance within the specified timeframe, I.e., 5 days ) will delay order processing.
VII. Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation: No orders can be cancelled after receipt of the balance payment.
VIII. Duplicate Payments & Banking Errors
If you've made a duplicate payment:
1. Inform our customer service team immediately.
2. If the duplicate payment has been credited to us, we will refund the amount upon confirmation.
3. If the duplicate payment has been debited from your account but not credited to us, contact your bank to resolve the issue.
Banking Errors:
If your payment has been debited but not credited to our account:
- Contact your bank to resolve the issue.
- Inform us via customer care, and we'll assist you further.
IX. Delivery Policy
Crop To Cloth (C2C) delivers across India.
- Delivery Timeframe: 10-14 working days, depending on the order.
- Expedited Delivery: Need it faster? Contact us at +91 96866 38426, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. For earlier delivery, please confirm with our customer care team before placing your order.
- Delivery Fees: Standard delivery fee: ₹200 (included in your bill). Free delivery on orders above ₹7999
- Delivery Attempts: We'll make limited attempts to deliver within 2 working days. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned, and you'll need to re-initiate delivery by connecting with our customer service team.
X. Alteration Policy
We offer length alteration services (shortening or lengthening) on select garments for a nominal fee, ensuring a tailored fit.
Note:
- Altered garments are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Please carefully review your measurements before requesting alterations.
Alteration Details:
- Timeline: Allow an additional 10 days for alterations, beyond the standard delivery period.
- Cost and Procedure: Contact our customer service team at +91 96866 38426 (WhatsApp) before placing your order for more information on alteration costs and procedures.
XI. Exchange Policy
Standard-Sized Garments:
- Eligible for size or colour exchange (subject to availability) within 7 days of receiving the order.
- To initiate an exchange, contact our team at +91 96866 38426 for pickup and processing details.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Garments must be in their original state, with labels intact.
- Garments that are damaged, torn, used, stained, altered, or without labels are not eligible for exchange.
Custom-Sized & Altered Garments:
- All sales are final. No exchanges or returns are accepted.
XII. Offers & Coupons
We offer various promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other offers.
- Special offers are valid until the specified date or while stocks last.
- Terms and conditions for offers, discounts, and promotions will be updated as available.
XIII. Data Retention, Deletion, & Privacy Policy
At Crop To Cloth, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We ensure that your personal information is not retained for longer than necessary, in accordance with the applicable laws in force in India.
